Cross-check policy
In short
Halachic times come from kosher-zmanim (KosherJava lineage). Every value with a Hebcal equivalent is checked against Hebcal's independent implementation. Agreement within one minute is expected, because Hebcal rounds to the minute: that is rounding, not disagreement.
Known limitations
Four things this site is upfront about rather than papering over:
The Hebrew date
The five tzeit hakochavim opinions
Settings, under "My tzeit line", lets you pick which of these five you follow. None is presented as a default. The app ships neutral until you choose.
Every zman: method, engine call, and source
Generated directly from src/core/registry.ts (the same
registry that computes every number this app displays), so this table can never drift from
what the app actually does.
